Meet The Team
Emily Fisher
MScPT, BScKin Registered Physiotherapist & Owner, Ridgeline Physio She/Her
Hi Everyone! My name is Emily and I am the owner and lead physiotherapist at Ridgeline Physio. I am so excited to be collaborating with the Fernie Strength Collective to support this amazing community.
My background is in high-performance athletics and outdoor adventure sports. I have competed as a member of the Canadian National Cycling Team, the University of Victoria Women’s Field Hockey Team, and represented Ontario in Field Hockey, Mountain Biking, and Alpine Skiing. My current passions take me into the mountains and on the trails as often as possible. From ski touring to whitewater paddling, from climbing to mountaineering, you'll find it very difficult to name a sport that I'm not interested in. I can’t wait to swap stories and hear what adventures you've been on lately!
With my experience in high-performance sport and outdoor adventure, I can tailor a rehab and injury prevention program to fit your exact needs. I use strength and conditioning as a foundation of treatment. I then adapt each program to fit the athletic ability and goals of each client.
I believe everyone deserves to life a full, active and healthy life. Regardless of age, race, gender, medical history, or physical ability, everyone has the right to engage with life in the way that makes them happy. My goal is to support you in reaching your goals and helping you develop and execute a plan to get you there.
My primary areas of focus are helping individuals with:
I look forward to meeting you! See you out in the mountains!
Jenn Baardseth
MScPT, BScKin Registered Physiotherapist, Ridgeline Physio She/Her
Hello! I’m Jenn and I am a physiotherapist at Ridgeline Physio. I was born and raised in Calgary, and moved to British Columbia in 2011 to completed my Bachelor in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria. Following this, I worked as a Rehabilitation Assistant in Whitehorse for three years, before returning to British Columbia to complete my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia as a part of the first northern cohort in Prince George. My approach utilizes manual therapy techniques, active strategies, and evidence-based education to reduce pain, improve movement, and prevent further injury. I have gravitated to treating concussions and vestibular disorders, amongst any orthopedic injury. I have completed my Level 1 course in Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the Canadian Division of Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy. I am a Level 2 Provider with Shift Concussion Management, and have received extensive vestibular training.
With a previous and current history as a high-level athlete, I understands what it takes to rehabilitate an injury and successfully return to the sport and activities that you love. I am keen to work with individuals from all walks of life to help them achieve their personal recovery goals.
Outside of work, I am an avid mountain biker, trail runner, xc skier, snowboarder/split-boarder, climber, and anything involving the mountains! With this, I have experienced my fair share of injuries and concussions, and have gained valuable insight into the physical, emotional, and social implications that result from these. I am looking forward to helping you reach all of your rehabilitation goals!

Chris Moses
MScPT, BScKin Registered Physiotherapist, Ridgeline Physio He/Him
Hi Fernie! I’m Chris, and I’m excited to be part of the team at Ridgeline Physio. Originally from Vancouver, I grew up in Perth, Western Australia, where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Curtin University.
Since then, I’ve worked exclusively in musculoskeletal private practice, with a passion for helping people regain confidence in their bodies again. Having played high performance sports from a young age, I’ve experienced my share of injuries and understand the frustration they can bring. Every person’s story is unique, and I enjoy taking the time to listen so I can create a tailored program and management plan that works best for you.
In the past, my practice has seen me working in medical centres, several private practices working alongside musculoskeletal specialists and travelling across Australia with professional sporting teams. I’m excited by the diversity of clients I’ve worked with and I love helping people from all walks of life. I take a hands-on approach to management to reduce pain and improve mobility, guiding clients toward exercise therapy to help them get back to doing what they love. While I have a particular interest in managing spinal and shoulder pain, sports-related injuries, and headaches, I’m passionate about helping anyone who walks through my door.
In my free time, you’ll find me skiing, mountain biking, playing music, running on the trails, or occasionally sending a few golf balls into the water at Fernie Golf Course!
