What to Expect From our Comprehensive Bike Fit?

A thorough history of current & past injuries, training volume, and personal goals.

A physical examination of leg length, limb alignment, overall mobility and flexibility, posture and any other biomechanical issues that are relevant to the bike fit.

Observation and documentation of current riding position. A global observation of the cyclist and bike are performed. Several contact points are evaluated and adjusted including the foot/pedal interface, saddle and handlebars. A pedal stroke evaluation is also performed. At the end of the bike fit you will leave with measurements of your current bike specifications and a list of any changes made during the fit.

Instruction is given on proper riding posture and technique.

Specific therapeutic exercises are prescribed as needed. This assessment is useful for any athlete (competitive or recreational) that is interested in injury prevention and optimal movement efficiency.
